Summertime Fun in Virginia
We’re happy to have in-person events listed again on our website! You can enter a ZIP Code or the name of a city to search for things to do where you live or want to visit. There’s so much to do before the end of Summer, all across our Commonwealth.
You can see how the zoo keepers find creative ways to entertain the Mill Mountain Zoo residents in Roanoke, or take your favorite amateur astronomer to star gaze in Shenandoah National Park. You could head over to the Eastern Shore for some kayaking and watercolor painting (who knew?), or enjoy classic, pop and jazz music live from the Virginia Symphony Orchestra in Chesapeake as the grand finale of your Summer.
Click on the links below for more details, and be sure to visit our Events Calendar page. If your organization has events coming up, please submit them here! There is just so much to LOVE about Virginia!
