The New River Valley Symphony, Virginia Tech Choirs, Blacksburg Master Chorale, and Blacksburg Children’s Chorale combine to present “Mosaic for Earth,” the premiere of a new major work for choir and orchestra, composed and conducted by Virginia Tech’s Director of Choral Activities, Dwight Bigler. His new composition explores the wonders of nature and the challenges of modern civilization’s engagement with our environment. Special guest soloists include renown soprano and Virginia Tech alumna, Danielle Talamantes.
