Litter is more than just a blight on our landscape. Litter is costly to clean up, impacts our quality of life and economic development, and eventually ends up in our waterways and oceans.
That’s why we give away Cleanup Kits to get you started when we have funding and supplies on hand.
We sometimes hear people say they’d like to live a more sustainable lifestyle, but it seems like it might be hard to live with, and they don’t know where to begin. We want to help with that!
We want to give you a sample of some of the products you can use at home to avoid some of the single-use plastic items that we see every day. You don’t have to dive into the deep end – even just a few swaps like these can have an affect on the amount of waste you produce.
We include products that we hope will help change the way you think about all those single-use plastic bags, and maybe even change your behavior. If you do, you’ll probably find that you’re saving money too!

“On the Go” Sustainability Sampler Kits
These are a few simple swaps while you’re out and about to use products that are more sustainable!
Each “On the Go” kit includes a car trash can, reusable spoon/fork/knife, reusable straw and cleaning brush, a refillable water bottle, unpaper towels, and other goodies as available.
