You Can Have Your Steak and Help Us Too!

Then head on over to the Midlothian location of Sedona Taphouse on Mondays in September for their “Dine Out for Charities” meals! Guests can purchase a Black Angus flat iron steak (or grilled salmon, or grilled chicken) at nearly half off or more! At least $1 is donated to the store’s featured charity – that’s us this month! — for every ‘Dine Out’ plate sold! We appreciate Sedona choosing our organization again this year, and hope that if you’re in the area you’ll treat yourself to a delicious meal!

Every Spring, The Virginia Beer Company releases their “Keep Virginia Beautiful” – 100% Mosaic India Pale Ale brew. For every barrel brewed, Virginia Beer Co. donated $10 to Keep Virginia Beautiful, Inc. to help sustain and promote their mission. This year’s donation was very generous, so their might not be any KVB beer left on the shelves by now!
And all year round you can choose Keep Virginia Beautiful, Inc. from the list of charities supported by Amazon while you do your regular shopping. Shop at smile.amazon.com and they’ll donate 0.5% of your eligible purchases on Amazon to our organization. All you need to do is start your shopping at smile.amazon.com. The donation will be made at no extra cost to you!
Another easy way to support us is to check if you the company you work for has a matching gift policy. You can enter the name of your employer in the search box in the middle of this page to check, or check with your employer. After you make a donation to Keep Virginia Beautiful, you request a matching gift from your employer (if they offer this program), and the company makes a donation as well – doubling the impact of your donation!
