Celebrating Friends & Partners

As we gear up for Earth Day 2018, we took some time to recognize one of our best volunteers – Angela Agee.   She has helped at lot of the cleanups around Central Virginia,  and served as the Volunteer Coordinator for Shiver in the River for the past two years.  If it takes volunteers, and helps to keep Virginia beautiful, she’s on it.

We gathered at Blue Bee Cidery for the HandsonRVA and Spark Mill’s 5th Power of Good Celebration. It celebrated and honored volunteers, community organizations, neighbors, and more with food, fun Polaroids, games, and of course, delicious cider.

Just a reminder that we’ll be hosting a cleanup on Friday near where we held Shiver in the River, and you can find local Earth Day events here.
