Come celebrate America Recycles Day in Virginia Beach on Wednesday, November 13, at the Tidewater Community College-City Joint Use Library entranceway from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. There will be recycling information and giveaways complements of City of Virginia Beach Public Works Waste Management and refreshments courtesy of Tidewater Community College’s Student Activities. The Joint-Use Library is located on Michael Labouve Drive off of South Rosemont Road. All are welcome to attend!
