The James River Association is hosting a self-directed up! A flotilla of batteaux will be there to help collect/carry the tires across the river. Volunteers are needed to help transport the tires between Howardsville and Scottsville.
A limited number of water supplies/canoes will be handed out on a first come first serve basis to register soon!
