Keep Virginia Beautiful’s Shiver in the River is back again for the 3rd year and it promises to be bigger and better than ever! Richmond’s Coolest Winter Festival features a free cleanup, a 5k run/walk, and a dip into the icy cold James. Participants can choose one activity to do or join 
all three! All proceeds benefit Keep Virginia Beautiful.
Teams are encouraged to wear costumes or clothing that reflects the group that they are representing.
